Customer service is good. Very responsive. The daybed is nice. The wheel is really good. I like it a lot. Hopefully can last many years. For the top mattress, I chose 8" and bottom I chose 5". The foam mattress is good so far. Bought separately. I ordered directly because they provide assembly service.
